As a user of checkcraft.ru and/or the Checkcraft desktop application, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator below on the following terms.
1. Operator

2. Personal data
I authorize processing of the following data for the purposes set out in clause 3:
- full name, email address, username, authentication and account verification data, registration date and account status;
- beta application data: full name, role or job title, project or organization, contact details, task description, application date and status;
- license or subscription identifier, plan, term and status, and information about activated devices;
- payment identifier, amount, currency, payment date and status, fiscal receipt email and receipt data;
- details of an organization, self-employed person or sole proprietor voluntarily provided to enter into an agreement;
- IP address, user-agent, action date and time, device identifier and technical name, which may include the computer’s network name and operating system account name, installation identifier, trusted-device information, device hash, application, operating system and runtime versions, and local and verification-related technical application identifiers;
- offline activation data: request identifier, device hash and technical name, request date, binding mode and license term;
- diagnostic data and crash messages: error information, actions preceding the failure, application log excerpts and text I enter;
- support data: email, request text, attachments and correspondence history;
- necessary cookies and browser local storage data, website visits and actions sent to Yandex Metrica, and the Yandex SmartCaptcha verification result;
- other information I voluntarily provide in a form or correspondence.
Special categories of personal data and biometric personal data are not processed under this consent. The Operator does not receive or store full bank card details.
3. Processing purposes
Consent is given for:
- registering, verifying and maintaining accounts, and reviewing beta applications;
- entering into and performing the license agreement, providing access, issuing, verifying, extending and activating a license offline;
- accepting payment through Robokassa, issuing fiscal receipts, making refunds and fulfilling legal requirements;
- operating and protecting accounts, preventing abuse, providing technical support and diagnostics;
- sending service messages about the account, payments, license and inquiries;
- analyzing website operation and improving Checkcraft using web analytics data.
This consent does not constitute consent to advertising or disclosure of personal data to an unrestricted group of persons. Separate voluntary consent is requested for advertising.
4. Processing actions and methods
I authorize the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval and use of personal data, its transfer to the recipients below, and its anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means.
5. Data recipients
To the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, data may be transferred or processing may be entrusted to:
- JSC Selectel, for hosting the website, server and database in the Russian Federation and providing an SMTP mail relay;
- YANDEX LLC, for Yandex 360, Yandex SmartCaptcha and Yandex Metrica;
- Robokassa LLC, the fiscal data operator and the servicing bank, for payment, fiscal receipts and refunds;
- public authorities under the procedures established by Russian Federation legislation.
Databases are located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.
6. Validity period
Consent is valid from the time it is given until the processing purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless the Operator has another lawful ground for continued processing. Retention periods by data category are set out in the Checkcraft Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. Withdrawal of consent
I may withdraw consent or request an end to processing by sending a request to support@checkcraft.ru or the Operator’s address. The request must include information identifying my account and confirming that I submitted it.
Withdrawal does not end processing permitted by law or necessary to perform an agreement. Deleting data necessary for an account or license may make the corresponding Checkcraft functions unavailable.
8. Confirmation of consent
Consent is given by selecting a separate, initially unchecked checkbox next to a link to this document and submitting the relevant form. The Operator records the consent version, date and time, user identifier or email, IP address, user-agent and form source as evidence of receipt.
