1.1. This Policy is established pursuant to Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data. It sets out how personal data is processed when using checkcraft.ru, the account area and Checkcraft desktop app, participating in closed beta testing, purchasing a license and contacting support.

1.3. This Policy applies to website visitors, registered users, beta participants, license buyers, organization representatives and persons contacting support.
1.4. Personal data is any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual. Personal data processing includes automated and non-automated actions involving that data.

2.3. Work data created by the user in the desktop application, including requests, variables, test cases and local workspace files, is stored on the user’s device and, as a general rule, is not sent to the Operator.
2.4. Users should not submit passwords, tokens, trade secrets or third parties’ personal data in free-text fields. Information submitted voluntarily is used only to handle the relevant inquiry or carry out the user’s request.

Legal grounds include the data subject’s consent, entering into or performing an agreement or actions requested by the subject before entering into it, compliance with Russian Federation legislation, and the Operator’s legitimate interests provided the subject’s rights and freedoms are not infringed.
3.3. Advertising messages are sent only with separate voluntary consent. Refusing advertising does not restrict registration, payment or use of Checkcraft.
4.1. The Operator collects, records, organizes, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves and uses personal data, transfers it in the cases described in this Policy, and anonymizes, blocks, deletes and destroys it.
4.2. Processing may be automated, manual or mixed. Data is received from the user, the application, the Operator’s information systems and engaged services to the extent required for the stated purposes.
4.3. Personal data is not disseminated or made available to an unrestricted group of persons without separate consent or a lawful basis.

5.3. Databases used when collecting personal data of Russian Federation citizens are located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.
6.1. Account and license data is retained while Checkcraft is used and for up to three years after the relationship ends, unless a longer period is required by law or to protect rights.
6.2. Beta application data is retained during testing and for up to one year after it ends. Sign-in and technical event logs, web analytics and diagnostic data are retained for up to twelve months. Support correspondence is retained for up to three years after a case is closed.
6.3. Payment, fiscal and accounting documents are retained for the periods required by Russian Federation legislation. Records of consent are retained for its validity period and for the period necessary to demonstrate lawful processing.
6.4. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the retention period expires or a lawful request is received, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized unless further retention is required by law or agreement.
7.1. Users may obtain information about the processing of their data, request correction, blocking, deletion or cessation of processing, withdraw consent, and challenge the Operator’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.
7.2. Requests should be sent to support@checkcraft.ru or the Operator’s address. To prevent disclosure to an unauthorized person, the Operator may request information confirming the requester’s identity or connection to the account.
7.3. Withdrawing consent does not end processing that is permitted without consent under law or an agreement. Deleting data necessary for an account or license may make the corresponding functions unavailable.
8.1. The Operator takes the legal, organizational and technical measures required by Russian Federation legislation and restricts access to personal data to persons who need it for the relevant task.
8.2. Details of specific security system configurations are not published because disclosing them could reduce the security of users and information systems.
9.1. Technically necessary cookies and local storage are used for sign-in and website operation. Yandex Metrica analytics is enabled by default on public information pages and can be disabled in the cookie banner. Users may change their choice or delete cookies in browser settings.
