Checkcraft grants the right to use the computer program under a simple non-exclusive license. Before payments are launched, closed beta participants may try it within their granted access.
Once payments are enabled, Checkcraft does not use automatic charges or renewals. Users pay for each subsequent period through a separate action.
An individual may request a refund if license access was not provided for a technical reason on Checkcraft’s side, the software materially fails to work as documented, or a refund is required by law.
To review a request, the Licensor may ask for the account email, payment date and amount, payment ID, application version, error description, screenshot, log or crash report.
For sole proprietors and legal entities, the license fee is not refundable after the right to use is granted unless otherwise provided by the invoice, agreement, specification or law.
Online refunds are processed through the original payment service, generally using the same method if it supports refunds. The Licensor may terminate the license or shorten its term for the refunded period.
Requests are reviewed within 10 business days after all necessary information is received. The time for funds to arrive depends on the bank, payment method and payment service rules.
If payment was made with a card issued outside the Russian Federation, the refund is made in rubles and converted into the card currency at the issuing bank’s exchange rate at the time of refund, not at the time of payment. Exchange rate differences may mean the amount shown on the card statement differs from the original payment. The Licensor does not control or compensate for this difference.
Email support@checkcraft.ru with the account email, payment date and amount, payment ID or order number, refund reason and a description of the problem if it relates to an error.
